Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
2Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add your blueberries into the flour mixture and toss to coat
3Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. In a separate bowl,combine milk and the remaining 5 ingredients, mixing in the egg beaters.
4Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. DON''T OVERMIX!!!
6Remove from pan, and allow to cool completely on cooling rack
7ENJOY!!!
