cupblueberries, fresh or frozen
Steps
Sequence Step
1Spray a loaf pan and set it aside
2In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda,salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg
3In a large bowl, beat the splenda, oil, egg beaters, and vanilla until blended
4Add the bananas and blueberries to the liquid mixture and stir until blended
5Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just blended
6Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake until toothpick entered into the center comes out clean, about an hour and a half. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then remove from loaf pan and allow to cool completely on cooling rack, about 2 hours
