cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and Flour a glass 9x13 baking dish. Mix the butter, oil, and sugar until blended and creamy. Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk mixed with the vinigar. Beat well. In a separate bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to the butter mixture and stir by hand to combine. Stir in the zucchini. Spoon the batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts over the top. Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
