| 1 | Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Add water and oil slowly, knead for a few minutes. I do mine in the kitchen aid mixer. | 2 | Let sit for 15 minutes or so. Divide the dough into 8 golf ball sized balls, then roll out very thin on a well floured board. Bake on a very hot skillet until slightly browned, about 30 seconds or so, then flip and bake the other side another 30 seconds or so. | 3 | These will keep well wrapped in a tea towel and put in a plastic bag. They also freeze very well, and take only minutes to thaw. |
