| 1 | Combine dry ingredients minus yeast. Place oil and hot waster into bread machine. Set machine to dough setting and add dry ingredients, followed by yeast on top. | 2 | Start the bread maker. Run through dough the cycle twice, then cut knead and cut into 8 equal parts and roll into balls. Preheat oven to 500 F. Roll out on a floured surface to 8" rounds. Keep pita rounds under a fowl as you roll out each one. |
