poundPork, fresh, loin, sirloin (chops or roasts), boneless, separable lean only, raw

teaspoonsground ginger

tablespoonssoy sauce

tablespoonVinegar, apple cider

cuporange juice
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add pork and cook for 3 minutes. turn pork and add garlic and ginger and continue cooking 3 minutes. Check for doneness.
2Swirl in soy sauce and vinegar, scraping bottom of pan to deglaze it.
3Remove pan from heat and stir in orange juice. Toss mixture with rice and steamed vegetables.
