Recipe Description It is my mom's recipe that she made ever since I was little. It is also a good way to use up leftover turkey.

packages (10 oz)broccoli florets steamers bag (10-12oz)

servingsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4
cupflour unbleached
1/4
cupbutter, unsalted

cupschicken broth or stock
1/2
cupfat free milk
1
cupgrated parmesan cheese
4
teaspoonsmustard, prepared, yellow
2
tablespoons choppedOnion, chopped
2
tablespoonssherry, dry
1/4
tablespoonsauce,worcestershire
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Cook chicken breast and cut into pieces.
3Dump broccoli in bottom of greased 9x13 pan and arrange chicken over broccoli.
4Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Blend in flour and cook for one minute. Remove from heat. Add milk and broth. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles for 1 minute. Stir in cheese, mustard, onion, sherry, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking and stirring over low heat for 1 minute later. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
5Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot.
