| 1 | shred the zuccini and squash and dry it off | 2 | mix the egg, onion, 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, salt and pepper, flour and parmesan cheese in a bowl. | 3 | add the shredded zuccini and yellow squash | 4 | mix and make into 2" patties | 5 | melt one stick butter and add some extra virgin olive oil in pan on medium heat. | 6 | add patties and cook each 3 minutes per side. |
