| 1 | In a large bowl mix together the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in the cold butter (diced into small pieces). Mix in pecans. Mix in egg nog or heavy cream until all of the flour is mixed in. Dough will be sticky. | 2 | Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place dough on paper and pat into a 10" round. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes. Should be golden brown. Let cool. |
