1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oatmeal in food processor or blender and blend into flour consistency. It''s okay if not perfectly ground. In large bowl, combine mashed bananas with oatmeal, vanilla and chocolate chips. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet flatten a bit with a rubber spatula. Bake 9-12 minutes or until cookies set. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Makes about 16 cookies.
