stalks medium (7-1/2\" - 8\" long)celery, cut into 4 inch sticks

bag (7-1/2 oz)tortilla scoops

ouncesCheese, parmesan, shredded
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and fry in a skillet in oil over medium-high heat until well cooked.
2Add hot sauce and heat through.
3Store chicken in a labeled container in refrigerator overnight.
4Wash and cut celery and store in labeled baggie in refrigerator.
5Cut cream cheese into 12 cubes.
6In a large sauce pan, heat cream cheese cubes and ranch dressing over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
7Remove from heat and add shredded cheese and blend until cheese is melted.
8Add cooked chicken to the mixture and stir until heated through.
9Serve warm with celery and crackers.
