Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook pasta according to pkg directions; set aside and keep warm.
2Sprinkle chicken with Creole seasoning.
3Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
4Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and vegetables are tender.
5Stir in tomatoes and garlic; cook 1 minute.
6Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken and vegetables from skillet.
7Add wine to skillet; using a wooden spoon, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan.
8Add broth, cream and parsley; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
9Return chicken and vegetables to skillet; cook until heated through.
10Toss with pasta.
