2	cup	all-purpose flour
3	teaspoon	baking powder
1/8	teaspoon	salt
1/2	cup	splenda, brown sugar
3/4	cup chips (6 oz package)	semisweet chocolate chips
2	large	eggs
1	cup	sour cream - light
6	tablespoons	butter
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract

1	Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the sugar and chocolate chips. Lightly beat the eggs, then add the sour cream, butter and vanilla. Spoon into lined muffin tins and bake at 400 degree oven for approx. 20 min
