medium (72 very ripe organic bananas

tablespoonsOrganic Local honey

teaspoonsPure vanilla extract

tablespoonscoconut oil, organic, melted

tablespoonsDutch-processed cocoa powder

teaspoonbaking soda, gluten free

cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli

teaspoonsalt, sea
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mash bananas. Add honey and vanilla, mix well.
3Mix dry ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt together. Stir in chocolate chips.
4Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
5Pour into paper lined muffin tin to approximately 3/4 full.
6Place tin into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake 18 to 20 minutes or a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Remove muffins from pan to cooling rack and cool completely.
8Store in an airtight container up to five days in refrigerator or freeze.
