Ingredients

cupgranulated sugar

cupcanola oil
2
cups (8 fl oz)water, warm (110 degrees)

tablespoonsyeast, active dry

extra largeeggs, lightly beaten

cupsflour, bread, enriched
Steps
Sequence Step
1To mixer bowl add sugar, oil, water, milk, yeast and eggs. Stir to combine and let rest for 10 minutes. Attach dough hook and add flour and salt.
2Mix dough for 15 minutes. Add additional flour as necessary to make a soft dough.
3Dump dough onto lightly floured surface and knead for 5 to 10 times.
4Place dough into greased bowl, flipping over so both sides will be greased. Let rise until double.
5Divide dough into manageable equal pieces. Form into loaves or rolls or roll out for cinnamon rolls.
6For loaves weigh equal size pieces(20 0unces each) and form into a loaf. Place loaves into greased loaf pan (9 x 5). For rolls weigh out balls of dough to 2 ounces and form a ball. Place onto greased baking pan 1 1/2 inches apart. For cinnamon rolls, Roll out to large rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar mixture. Roll snugly and slice equal size pieces. Place on butter baking pan 1 inch part.
7Let rise in a warm place until double. About an hour.
8Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven. For loaves of bread bake 30 minutes. Rolls bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cinnamon rolls bake 15 minutes or until light golden brown on top.
9Remove to cooling racks and cool completely. Two to four hours.
10Package when completely cool in food approved packaging.
