Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Grease or line an 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2Soak chia seeds in water for 5 minutes.
3Combine soaked chia seeds with all remaining ingredients (seeds only - no water)
4Press the mixture into the baking dish so even on top.
5Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden on top. Remove from oven and let cool.
6Slice into 12 bars. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
7They also frees well. One bar is a serving size.
8You may wish to add a little more mashed banana or even some unsweetened apple sauce to improve moisture level.
