White chicken pizza

Steps
Sequence Step
1combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2The dough may be slightly sticky. Add more flour if needed to work with it.
4Combine 1 T butter and 1 T flour in a small saucepan. Heat on medium to melt the butter and make a roux.
6Slowly add the skim milk. Boil 2 minutes or until thickened.
7Remove from heat and add shredded parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted. This is your sauce.
8Grill chicken breasts over med-high grill until no longer pink. Optionally, you can grill the onions and peppers at the same time.
9Divide your pizza dough in half. Roll into 9-inch rounds.
10Spread half of the sauce onto each crust.
11Slice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
12Divide the chicken, sliced tomato, onions, peppers and mushrooms evenly over the pizzas.
13Sprinkle the Colby or Colby-jack cheese evenly over each (it will not be covered in cheese)
14Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
