cupMilk, nonfat, fluid, protein fortified, with added vitamin A (fat free and skim)

cupbreadcrumbs, Panko
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mixed panko bread crumbs with both shredded and grated parmesan cheese. Mix eggs and milk together in a separate dish. Slice the 2 chicken breasts in halve length-wise. Dip chicken in cheese mixture, in egg mixture, then back in cheese mixture. Put 2 tbls olive oil in non-stick pan and heat on medium heat. When oil is hot, add coated chicken. Cook about 2 minutes or until golden without moving. Flip and cook additional 2 minutes or until golden. Put on rack on pan and put in oven set at 300 to keep warm. Cook remaining chicken breast..serve
