| 1 | Melt butter and sautee shallots, onions and garlic until soft. | 2 | Add chicken broth, cauliflower florets, turnip, bay leaves and thyme. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft. | 3 | Remove bay leaves and pour into blender. Blend until completely smooth. | 4 | Return to pot and simmer until desired thickness is achieved. Salt to taste. |
