can (10.75 oz)cream of chicken soup, condensed

cupgrated parmesan
Steps
Sequence Step
1Spray the 13x9x2 inch casserole dish with PAM.
2Mix in bowl and mix all ingredients except for the chicken.
3Place chicken in a dish and pour the mixed ingredients over the chicken. You can top with the following for a few add''''l carbs: 1/4 c. Parmesan and crushed almonds or a small amount of Pepperidge Farm Herbed Dressing
4Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 1.5 hours.
