Ingredients

3	small	zucchini
3/4	cup	grated parmesan
5	tablespoons	olive oil, extra virgin
1	large	onion, sliced very thinly
2	tablespoons	garlic, chopped
2	teaspoons	salt, to taste
2	medium	egg
1	tablespoon	italian seasoning

Steps

1	Slice onion
2	Chop garlic
3	Slice zuchini thinly
4	Heat a cooking pan on medium high for about 3 minutes
5	Add olive oil during heating of the pan
6	Mix in garlic and onion and stirfry until they are soften to very light brown colour
7	Mix in Zucchini and stirfry until zucchini soften or dissolve. May use lid to retain moisture to speed up the process.
8	Add salt to taste and add italian spice to taste
9	While the sauce is cooking, grate the parmesan cheese if you haven''t done so already.
10	After pasta is cooked to aldente, draine and put in large serving bowl.
11	Crack the eggs into the pasta
12	put the grated parmesan into the pasta as well
13	Pour the zucchini sauce in the pasta and mix. Make sure everything is hot so the eggs will be cooked in the process of mixing
14	Now serve and enjoy
