| 1 | In dutch oven heat oil, add onions | 2 | Remove veggies and add tenderloin, brown. | 3 | Transfer beef | 4 | Take 1/4 C beef broth and add flour | 5 | Heat remaining beef broth in durch oven with worcestershire sauce until simmering, stir in flour mixture and thicken | 6 | Add 1/2 of the sour cream and pour over the beef and veggies | 7 | bake at 300 F for 2 hours, just before serving stir in remaining sour cream |
