Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut the olives in half. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the cucumber into thick half moons. Cut the peppers Julien style. Cut Feta into small cubes.
2PLACE the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a small jar with a screw-top lid and shake to combine.
3PLACE the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
4POUR the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine just before serving. GARNISH the Greek salad with a little freshly ground black pepper.
