Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil chicken broth and milk in 16 quart pot
2Lightly oil skillet and place cut up potato and onion; lightly brown them on medium to high heat throughout stir and heat of soup
3Start cutting polish sausage into dice like size
4Once water and milk have boiled; add parsley about half a cup, celery salt, garlic, and butter
5Once butter has melted add frozen 10-12 oz bags corn, green beans, and broc.
8Drain oil off potato and onions
9Add them to the soup all to simmer for another 5 mins
10Turn off heat; move to different burner. Then add 2 c. swiss shredded cheese; (placing in pot simmer may cause cheese to move to bottom of pot and burn)
11Stir it up and serve it out enjoy :)
