1	large	egg
5	tablespoon	Ketchup
1	tablespoon	sauce,worcestershire
3	tablespoons	A1 Steak Sauce
2	pound	Hamburger
1/8	cup	flour, Gluten free all purpose mix
1	tablespoon	italian herbs
1	tablespoon	garlic powder

1	Use 3 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR for this recipe not the listed amount. Mix it all together, hands are the best tool. Pre heat oven to 450f, use non stick spray/olive oil spray to coat your glass or metal pan, form loaf in/on pan. Top with thin layer of ketchup and A1/Heinz 57, cover with tin foil, half way thru remove foil, baste again and let brown.
