portions, amount to make 1/2 cupchocolate pudding, dry mix, regular

11. Grease muffin tins with liners. 2. Combine all dry ingredients. 3. In mixing bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coco powder in the hot apple sauce with a wire whisk, mix in Sugar. 4. With the whisk attachment, add eggs one at a time, only adding each egg after the other is fully mixed in. Add extract. Add pudding and mix on high for 30 seconds. 5. Add in all dry ingredients slowly. On low speed mix just until all ingredients are wet. Scrap side and bottom of bowl and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds. 6. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a wooden tooth pick into the middle and seeing if it comes out clean. If not cook for another 5 minutes and test again.
