This is a recipe that my neighbor Mrs Strander gave to me. Hands down the best pie ever

Ingredients

1/8	crust, single 9\"	Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, enriched
1/8	Nutrition label Serving	JELLO Sugar Free, Strawberry
3/4	cup	Truvia, Stevia (or sugar sub. of choice)
2 1/8	cups, halves	strawberries
2	tablespoons	Cornstarch
3 1/2	cups (8 fl oz)	water

Steps

1	Cook pie shell according to package dierectiions. Set aside to cool
2	Rinse, halve and drain strawberries.
3	Pour strawberries into cooled pie shell.
4	Pour 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tbsp cornstarch and 3/4 cup sweetener into sauce pan. Med heat till opaique and bubbling.
5	Remove from heat and add jello powdered mix. Stir till desolved
6	pour over fruit. Depending on size of pan you may need to double the jello, water, sugar and cornstarch.
7	My glass pan is large so I needed to double the recipe. It was closer to 3 1/2 cups strawberries and 3 cups water, 4 tbsp cornstarch and 2 packages of jello.
8	Original recipe calls for 3oz regular jello, 3/4 cup sugar. For small pie.
