| 1 | Use my honey mustard Recipe and marinade chicken with 1/3 of sauce. Allow to marinade at least an hour. | 2 | With a hot skillet sear the chicken in the skillet. | 3 | Fry strips of bacon, drain, and set aside | 4 | While Chicken is cooking slice zucchini, squash, and mushrooms and cook down. Drizzle honey mustard over vegetables while they cook. | 5 | Once chicken is done top with vegetables, crumble bacon and divide between chicken, top with cheese and place in oven till cheese is melted |
