4	teaspoons	Soup, stockpot, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial
2	medium (2-1/2	Onion, chopped
4	clove	garlic minced
3	medium	Carrots
3	stalks medium (7-1/2	celery
1	bunch	Spinach
2	cups, chopped	broccoli florets
1	large	zucchini

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Using a little oil or spray, saute the onions and garlic till soft.
2	Add 1.5 litres of water and dissolve 4 stock cubes in the water
3	Add in chopped variety of vegetables and simmer till soft.
4	Blend in batches until smooth, or finely chop vegetables before cooking for chunkier stew.
