Step
1 Using a little oil or spray, saute the onions and garlic till soft. 2 Add 1.5 litres of water and dissolve 4 stock cubes in the water 3 Add in chopped variety of vegetables and simmer till soft. 4 Blend in batches until smooth, or finely chop vegetables before cooking for chunkier stew.
