| 1 | Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium temperature. | 2 | Add hashbrowns and green chile cook until slightly browned. | 3 | Add beaten eggs. cook on medium heat until done. | 4 | Warm tortillas slightly in pan covered with foil. Lay tortillas out and divide mixture evenly on to tortillas. | 5 | Add cheese to portioned tortillas. Turn ends towards center and roll tightly. Wrap in aluminum foil sheets. Ready to serve. |
