cupsflax seeds-freshly ground very fine

teaspoonbaking soda, gluten free

largeeggs organic

teaspoonsalt

tablespooncoconut butter

tablespoonflax seeds- whole
1
tablespoonchia seeds
1
teaspoononion powder
1/4
teaspoonoregano
1/4
teaspoonthyme, dry, ground

tablespoonpumpkin seeds- coarsely ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2use a 6 x 8 glass microwaveable dish and spray with coconut oil spray.
3Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until all of the batter is set and cooked thru.
4using a spatula, remove the bread from the dish and cut into 8- 10 "cracker" pieces.
5Heat a skillet to medium high and spray skillet with coconut oil and place the cracker pieces into the skillet with the bottom side down.
6Cook until lightly browned and flip to cook the other side until lightly browned or until firm enough to your liking. Approx 2-3 minutes per side.
