| 1 | In medium bowl, pour warm water over yeast, stir slightly and let sit 10 minutes. Stir in sugar, oil, and all seasonings. Add flour half cup at a time, make sure mixture is well blended after each. Let dough rest 5 minutes. Shape into pizza round onto prepped pizza stone. | 2 | Spread tomato sauce on, top with olives, spinach and cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes in preheated oven at 425°. Let cool slightly before cutting into 8ths. Serves 4. |
