Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine wet and dry ingredients separately. Incorporate wet into dry, mixing by hand only until batter hold together. Should be stiff and a bit lumpy. Put in parchment lined regular loaf pan, smooth top with spatula until even and bake @ 350 on a low rack for 50-60 min. Tester should have a few crumbs. Cool completely in pan before turning out to slice. Store in fridge.
