Steps
Sequence Step
1cook squash in oven,
2heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil add onions, mushrooms, half of the salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring some.
3stir in the tomatoes and their juices, the wine and garlic, cover
4heat remaining tablespoon of oil in another pan, add the ground turkey, cook for 15 minutes, season with remaining salt and pepper.
5stir into the sauce
6after squash is cooled scoop out the sees, discard. Shred the flesh
