| 1 | Preheat oven to 300*. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place all died nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, dried berries, cinnamon in a large bowl and mix together. Heat oil, butter, honey, and maple syrup (you may use agave syrup instead of maple syrup on medium heat until a simmer. Now add vanilla | 2 | and almond extract. Pour over nut mixture and mix thoroughly. Now pour mixture on to the parchment paper and press flat. I use a spatula to press down and press in the sides. Now with a knife or pizza cutter cut into squares. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let set for 30 minutes. Peel granola bars and palce in air tight container | 3 | Granola Bars will last 10 days |
