cupOld-fashioned Quick Oats

cup, packedbrown sugar

cupall-purpose flour

teaspoonbaking powder

teaspoonvanilla extract

cup, halvesapricot preserves
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.
3Add melted butter and vanilla; mix until crumbly.
4Reserve 2 cups of the crust crumble. Press remaining crust crumble into a 9x13" pan.
5Heat the apricot preserves in the microwave and pour them over the crust. Spread within 1/4" of the crust edge.
6Sprinkle with the reserved crust crumble over the preserves.
7Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool before cutting.
