| 1 | Mix yeast and sugar with water(100-115 degrees). Let it bloom. Put 2 c. Flour in a bowl with salt and EVOO. Mix . Add mo flour little at a time till dough is no longer sticky. Let it sit 10 min. Roll out. Put in a bar pan. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. |
