Ingredients
Amt. Measure Ingredient
2
tablespoonsmild honey (Tupelo or Clover)
2
cupspeanut butter, non hydrogenated
1
teaspoonvanilla extract
1
cupsugar powdered
2
tablespoonshemp seeds, shelled
2
tablespoonsground flaxseed
2
tablespoonschia seeds-raw
2
cupsHersheys special dark chocolate chips
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine peanut butter, vanilla, honey, powdered sugar, hemp seed, flax seed, and chia seed in a medium- sized bowl. Using first a spoon and then your hand, mix until the texture is like cookie dough.
2Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 1 tbsp of mixture and roll each into a ball shape. Place on paper.
3Place baking sheet into freezer for about 30 minutes, or long enough for the balls to firm up a bit.
4Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat for 45 seconds, stir, then heat again for 15 second intervals until melted
5Once the balls are firm, use a toothpick to dip into the melted chocolate. Let any excess chocolate drop off before placing back on the baking sheet.
6Place baking sheet back into fridge to speed up the drying process.
