4	peppers	Poblano pepper
3	Potato medium (2-1/4	Potatoes, Yukon Gold
2	tablespoons	Butter
1	cup, chopped	Onion
4	clove	garlic minced
1	pepper	seeded jalapeno pepper chopped finely
2	teaspoons	salt
1	dash	black pepper
4	cups	chicken broth or stock or water, reduced sodium
2	tablespoons	parsley, chopped
1/4	cup	cream, half and half
