Steps
Sequence Step
1In a heavy saucepot sautee onion, jalapenos and corn over high heat until tender and onion is translucent. Add stock cream and seasonings and bring to a boil. Add in Grits gradually while stirring/ cook until grits are thick and all starch is gelatinzed. Add cheeses and cilantro. stir until all cheese is melted.. Serve
