Ingredients

tablespoonfood coloring, red etc.

cupsmilk - 2%

cupall-purpose flour

cupbutter, melted
1/2
cup, choppedOnion, chopped

tablespoonpepper, to taste

cupgrated parmesan

cups cherry tomatoesCherry Tomatoes

cup, slicedsliced very thinly
Steps
Sequence Step
1add food colouring to pasta
2break up and cook ground beef in an oiled pan
3add butter to pot and melt
4add flour and mix well, cook for a few minutes but do not brown.
5remove from heat and allow to cool
6return to heat and add the hot milk a little at a time stirring each time till smooth
7add onion and simmer for 1 minute
8add seasoning and any herbs or spices
9divide sauce in to 6 different batches and lightly color with food coloring
10drizzle sauce over pasta and sprinkle parmesan on top
11delicately place spinach around edge of the plate
12slice cucumber and place neatly over one another slightly
13slice carrots in julienne strips very finely and place in batches on cucumber
14slice onions thinly and place over julienned carrots
15add cherry tomatoes around the plate
