cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)heavy cream

package (3.5 oz)vanilla instant pudding mix (dry)

Steps
Sequence Step
1crumble graham crackers add melted butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon. Mix and then add water. Dump into pie pan and press to sides. Bake for 8/10 mins in preheated oven 375 degrees. Cool completely. Whip the heavy cream with 3 tb of sugar and vanilla. Set aside. Mix pudding mix and milk until well combined. In separate bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy then adding sweetened condensed milk and pudding. Beat until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream. Now spread a thin layer of the filling on the bottom and sides of the cooled crust. slice the bananas and press to the sides and bottoms. then scoop the remaing filling into the crust. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. May top with toasted coconut or sliced bananas.
