tablespoonOil, vegetable, sunflower, linoleic (less than 60%)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut an onion into Mix flour and salt in bowl with 2 pitches of salt and 2 pinches of baking powder. Add 1/3 bottle good quality beer (so as to get bubbles). You may use sparkling water too. Whisk well t get thin batter.
2Cut an onion into 1/4 in thick slices. Separate the rings and dip into the batter.
3Heat deep frying oil in a wok and place the onion rings drained of excess batter. Deep fry, It takes about 4 minutes to become brown. Take out and dry them by placing on a paper towel. Sprinkle some rock salt.
