| 1 | Cut cauliflower into bite sized flowerettes. Place in bowl, microwave 5 minutes. | 2 | Dice bacon and fry, drain, set aside. | 3 | In large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 of the bacon, green onion and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese. Mix well. Place in baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake @ 425 for 15-20 minutes. |
