Steps

1Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce (make sure you use sweet sauce) and a few drops of Sriracha sauce (a sauce from Thailand) in a bowl and whisk. Mix flour and cornmeal in another bowl and blend. Spread on a baking pan evenly. Dip the shrimp in egg and place on the flour. Mix to coat the shrimps and place in another bowl. Melt butter on a skillet. Use medium heat. Drop in the shrimp. Flip for a minute. Salute for 3 minutes till the shrimp turn golden brown. Remove and dry on a paper towel. Drop them into the sauce and flip around. Give a quick stir.
