Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop carrots, potatoes, and meat into large pot. Add frozen corn and a couple handfuls of rice. Add enough hot water to cover, and some more to accommodate the swelling of the rice. Sprinkle spices on top.
2Cover and bring to boil on high heat. Turn heat down, so it will continue to boil with the lid on. Boil until potatoes and carrots are soft, about 40-50 minutes.
3When done, remove from heat, add can of green beans (do not drain), and stir. This will help to cool down the soup from boiling temperature. Enjoy!
4Note: You may have to add more water during cooking if too much evaporates or is absorbed by the ingredients.
