Sequence Step
1To a a large stock pot , add browned Ground Cajun or Country Sausage. When cooked add , Green Pepper, Celery, and Onion. This mixture of vegetables the green pepper, onion, and the salary, is known as the Holy Trinity of Cajun cooking. Cook the vegetables until almost done. Then add Worcestershire Sauce, Black Pepper, and Paprika. Make sure that the Vegetables, Pork sausage, and the early spices are infused and mixed. Add Cayenne Pepper, salt and rice. Then add 2 cups of organic vegetable stock. When your rice and spice comes to a boil cover it with a lid. Bring the heat down to medium low and let it cook for about 20 or 25 minutes,
