| 1 | Grate the pumpkin. Add in the rice to a pan. Rinse. Drain and transfer to another pan. Add red pepper. Add the grated pumpkin, garlic and onion and sauté for a minute. Add the rice, and and butter. Stir. Cover it ajar. Once it is hot put the gas on setting 4. Add a sprig of thyme. After 3 minutes, turn the heat lower. Take the thyme out. Cover the rice with a plastic foil and steam on very low heat. After 10 minutes, stir the rice, bringing the bottom to the top. Cover with plastic again, place the lid, cook for 5 minutes on flame 6. |
