| 1 | Mix flour, salt and curry powder. Sieve the mixture. Add oil and butter. Mix by hand. Add a little bit of cold water and knead to make a ball of dough. Rest for half an hour. Meanwhile, sauté chopped onion and scallions in a wok. Add in beef, paprika, allspice, soy, and a hot pepper of your choice. Make 4 balls out of the dough. Roll and cut off about 4 in round piece. Place 2 tbsp of cooked meat and some cheese. Egg-wash the open sides. Fold and pinch the sides together with a fork. Make some indents of the surface with the fork. Place the patties on a baking paper sopread ina baking pan. Bake on medium heat for 20 minutes. |
