| 1 | Boil the chicken and pumpkin in 8 cups water till the pumpkin gets soft. 10 minutes. Add celery, carrots and squash. Boil for 5 minutes. Add yam. Meanwhile make dumpling using the flour, salt and ½ cup water. Make balls of fist size and flatten into dumplings. Drop into the chicken boil. Add red and green pepper, onion, spaghetti, black pepper, thyme and a red hot pepper. Taste and adjust salt. Boil for 10 more minutes after adding ½ cup water. |
